Business Development Executive
Collatree is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet those needs
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/B.com/BBA or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in IT/ERP sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
