Client Relation Manager
Collatree is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Provide support to clients throughout their engagement with our company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (BMMC) or Master’s degree in Communication and Journalism (MCJ)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
