Founder’s office
Collatree is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Founder’s Office staff member. In this role, you will be working directly with the founder of the company to support various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the founder’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communication
- Assist with the organization of company events and special projects
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders as necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- No specific educational qualification required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion in handling confidential information
