Founder’s office

Collatree is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Founder’s Office staff member. In this role, you will be working directly with the founder of the company to support various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the founder’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communication
  • Assist with the organization of company events and special projects
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders as necessary
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • No specific educational qualification required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
